Why there is no contact form

A contact form has to submit somewhere. That means a server endpoint, or a third-party form service that would receive whatever you typed — and either one would be the first piece of infrastructure on this site capable of receiving anything at all. The privacy claim on every other page rests on that infrastructure not existing.

So the site has no form, and the absence is enforced rather than assumed: the Content Security Policy sets form-action 'none', which means the browser itself would refuse to submit a form on this site to anywhere. Email keeps the choice of what to disclose, and to whom, with you.

What to expect

Email is read by a person. There is no ticketing system, no automated reply and no promised response time — stating a service level nobody is contractually held to would be decoration. Write in plain terms and include the page URL if your message is about a specific generator.

These are the things worth writing about:

• a payload format that produces a string a scanner reads wrongly, with the values you used;
• an accessibility barrier — see the accessibility statement for what to include;
• a security issue — see the security page for scope and what makes a report actionable;
• a privacy question, or a request to delete correspondence you have already sent;
• a legal or business matter concerning ZENIT GROUP S.A.S..

What the operator cannot help with

• Recovering a code you generated. Nothing you generate reaches this operator, so there is no copy to send you. Keep the exported file.
• Changing where a printed code points. The destination is inside the symbol. Nobody can change it after printing, including us.
• Anything about the destination itself. If a code leads to a site, a payment request or a message you did not expect, the operator of that destination is who to contact — OpenQRS is not a party to it and has no record of the code being created.
• Account problems. There are no accounts, so there is nothing to reset, recover or close.
